On March 3, we will begin an 8 week study on Abraham
and his life. This Bible Study was designed as a multimedia Bible Study
through Logos Bible Software, and they are giving us the opportunity to
use it at no charge so that we might review it for the company,
offering our suggestions and other praises.
In this study we will dive into the Scriptures and have the opportunity
to view brief 2-3 minute videos designed to bring the points home all
the more. Though this is designed as an 8 week Bible Study course, I
invite you to come to each study as you have the opportunity. Grow
together with us as we study and take the opportunity to evaluate this
Bible Study for Logos Bible Software. Abraham: Following God’s Promise studies the forefather
of God’s covenant people. Despite Abraham’s tremendous faith and bold
efforts, he was only human. He experienced doubts and failures, just
like we do. Yet in the end, the lessons he learned through God’s
goodness allowed him to stand as a model of faithfulness and a portrait
of God’s grace (Heb. 11:8–12, 17–19).
Below are the lessons we will cover:
Come for all the lessons or as many as your schedule will allow and be built up and strengthened in your faith as you learn more about Abraham's life and trust in the Lord. |
